This unique cloisonné pendant is hand fabricated with enamel, fine silver, sterling silver, 18k, 22k, and 24k gold, a 4 mm round faceted iolite, and a 3 mm round faceted laboratory grown red sapphire. A 2.2 mm sterling silver omega chain with a friction clasp is included. Each piece is made by hand and colors may vary slightly. Care: Clean with liquid soap and water and pat dry with a soft cloth. Chain is available in 16 in. or 18 in.
