Annataienamels.com (the “Site”) and all images, designs, photographs, information and content displayed on the Site (“Site Content”) are copyrighted works belonging to Anna Tai Enamels.  We grant you the right to use the Site subject to the terms of use set forth below (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.  

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.  BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS.  IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE.

Copyright and Trademarks.  All Site Content are protected by copyright laws throughout the world and by international conventions.  The graphics, logos, icons, service marks, trade names used on the Site, marks identifying our products and services and all Site Content, including images, designs and photographs, are proprietary and our trademarks and may not be used without our permission. You may copy, post, reproduce or distribute photographs or images on our Site, our name, trademarks, Site Content or any other information on the Site only with our permission. 

Modification.  We reserve the right, at any time, to modify the Site Content or to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part thereof with or without notice.  You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification of the Site Content or modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site. 

Feedback.  We will treat any feedback or suggestions you provide to us as non-confidential and non-proprietary.  Thus, in the absence of a written agreement with us to the contrary, you agree that you will not submit any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.  

Privacy Policy.  Please review our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site or any services provided under the Site signifies acknowledgement of and agreement to our Privacy Policy.

Shipping.  Currently items cannot be shipped to locations outside of the United States. For items that are in stock, the turnaround time for shipment will be 1-3 business days.  For out of stock items, the turnaround time for shipment is noted on the item page. Shipping on a non-expedited basis will typically take 3-5 business days and will be billed on a flat rate of $12.00.  Shipping times are not guaranteed unless expedited shipping is requested. Please contact us to inquire about expedited shipping options and rates.  After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming you order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email that includes the shipper's tracking information.  If you have questions about delivery times or tracking packages, please contact us. 

Sales Tax.  Depending on the state where the items will be shipped, we may be required to collect sales taxes. 

Returns. Unless otherwise noted on the item page, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned in its original condition and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if the item is not in its original conditions. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us. Please retain all of the original packing materials.  Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only and shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and for shipping charges of exchanged items. Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Mailings.  By submitting your contact information and any other personal information through the Site, you hereby authorize us to use and disclose this information, including for the purposes of sending periodic mailings to you about our products, services, and news.  These Terms will apply to all such mailings (and the mailings will be considered part of the Site Content).

Third Party Links.  The Site may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties.  Such third party web sites are not under our control.  We are not responsible for the content of any third party web site or any link contained in a third party web site.  We provide these links only as a convenience and does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to third party web sites. 

Warranty Disclaimer.  THE SITE AND THE SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS FOR USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.  WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE CONTENT OR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE. If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms will be unimpaired and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.  These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed, controlled, interpreted, and defined by and under the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles that require the application of the law of a different state.  By using this Site, you hereby expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts for the County of San Mateo for any action arising from or related to these Terms.
